Marakatam Hand-Tufted Wool Rug – Dark Blue Floral Design & Cream Border

Marakatam contrasts a dark blue ground with stylised flowers and leaves in olive green, cream, soft yellow and warm ochre-orange. Fine curving stems connect the botanical motifs across the centre. A broad cream floral border, narrow decorative bands and dark outer detailing frame the design, while the plush wool pile adds softness to its richly contrasting palette.

Styling

Pair Marakatam with cream upholstery, natural wood and plain olive cushions. Beneath a coffee table, the dark centre creates a focal point while the cream border defines the seating area. Beside a bed, the wool pile offers a soft landing underfoot. Ochre accessories can pick up the warmer flowers without competing with the pattern.
