Returns Policy and Terms Policy

  1. Only Returns are accepted, no Exchanges.
  2. Each order is eligible for a return only once.
  3. A flat fee of Rs.100 is applicable for all returns.
  4. Refund is made in terms of Store credit Only.
  5. Return Request to be made within 15 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  1. Orders placed using Store Credit.
  2. Customised products.
  3. All Fabrics
  4. Scrubs, pre-cut fabrics, or fabrics printed on demand.
  5. Products bought on sale.

Return Request Process:

  1. Kindly send an email at contactus@qaushey.com along with your order # in subject line.
  2. State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.
  3. A return pickup will be initiated within India at an extra cost of Rs.100.
  4. Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.

Store Credit:

  1. A store credit (after deducting the return fee of Rs.100) will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
  2. The store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  3. The credit will be of the amount of the returned products only.
  4. Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.

Refunds:

  1. Money refunds are provided for products delivered in perfect condition for eligible items only.
  2. In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details through the provided link.
  3. Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated.
  4. No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
  5. Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products.
  6. Orders once placed are not eligible for any money refunds. Only Store Credit will be provided.

Customised Products:

  1. Customised orders are ineligible for returns.
  2. Customers must bear the return shipping risk and provide tracking details for any required alterations.

Refund Timeline:

  1. Returns take approximately 7 to 14 working days to reach the company.
  2. Refunds are processed only after receiving the returned item.
  3. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  4. The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

How to return/exchange a product

How to return/exchange a damaged product?

  1. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can mention about the damaged product on email along with your order # to contactus@qaushey.com. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. We can provide a replacement at no extra cost or email a store credit of the same value to you or can initiate a full refund for the products received in damaged condition.

When to expect a credit note?

  1. A store credit is issued 2-3 days after the return has been picked up from your address.
  2. A money refund if need be will take 7-10 days after the order has been picked up.
  3. In certain cases, we process the refunds or store credits only after we receive it and check the product. It takes 7 to 14 working days for any returned product to reach our warehouse. So in such cases a refund or store credit might take 20-25 days.

Where to find my store credit?

  1. The store credit will have been emailed to you in the form of a Coupon code, on the same email id with which you shopped on our website.
  2. Please check for an email with the subject "Refund for Order # XXXXXXXXX".
  3. Please also check the junk/spam folder too.
  4. While applying the coupon, please ensure you have logged into your profile using the same Email id used to place your last order.
  5. You can copy the coupon code and paste it is the "Coupons" section at checkout. The amount will automatically be deducted from your cart.
