Refund policy
Returns Policy and Terms Policy
- Only Returns are accepted, no Exchanges.
- Each order is eligible for a return only once.
- A flat fee of Rs.100 is applicable for all returns.
- Refund is made in terms of Store credit Only.
- Return Request to be made within 15 days of delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Orders placed using Store Credit.
- Customised products.
- All Fabrics
- Scrubs, pre-cut fabrics, or fabrics printed on demand.
- Products bought on sale.
Return Request Process:
- Kindly send an email at contactus@qaushey.com along with your order # in subject line.
- State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.
- A return pickup will be initiated within India at an extra cost of Rs.100.
- Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
Store Credit:
- A store credit (after deducting the return fee of Rs.100) will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
- The store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- The credit will be of the amount of the returned products only.
- Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
Refunds:
- Money refunds are provided for products delivered in perfect condition for eligible items only.
- In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details through the provided link.
- Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated.
- No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
- Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products.
- Orders once placed are not eligible for any money refunds. Only Store Credit will be provided.
Customised Products:
- Customised orders are ineligible for returns.
- Customers must bear the return shipping risk and provide tracking details for any required alterations.
Refund Timeline:
- Returns take approximately 7 to 14 working days to reach the company.
- Refunds are processed only after receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
How to return/exchange a product

How to return/exchange a damaged product?
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can mention about the damaged product on email along with your order # to contactus@qaushey.com. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. We can provide a replacement at no extra cost or email a store credit of the same value to you or can initiate a full refund for the products received in damaged condition.
When to expect a credit note?
- A store credit is issued 2-3 days after the return has been picked up from your address.
- A money refund if need be will take 7-10 days after the order has been picked up.
- In certain cases, we process the refunds or store credits only after we receive it and check the product. It takes 7 to 14 working days for any returned product to reach our warehouse. So in such cases a refund or store credit might take 20-25 days.
Where to find my store credit?
- The store credit will have been emailed to you in the form of a Coupon code, on the same email id with which you shopped on our website.
- Please check for an email with the subject "Refund for Order # XXXXXXXXX".
- Please also check the junk/spam folder too.
- While applying the coupon, please ensure you have logged into your profile using the same Email id used to place your last order.
- You can copy the coupon code and paste it is the "Coupons" section at checkout. The amount will automatically be deducted from your cart.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
