What are shipping timelines?

Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered.

1. All products take 2 to 3 working days to ship from the warehouse. Working Days are Monday - Friday so the shipping timeline does not include the weekend. You will also find shipping timelines written under every product in the description section as well. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to you on your registered email. 

2. For Domestic Shipping it will take about 5 to 7 days for the product to reach you after it leaves the warehouse. And For International shipping it will take ~15 days for the shipment to reach you. 

Do you enable customers to return the order?

1. Yes, we do offer reverse pickup for eligible items’ returns within India. We do not extend this service out of India. Sometimes, for some addresses, a reverse pickup facility may not be available. In that case, we may ask you to ship the product back to us and provide a full Store Credit without deducting the additional cost of Rs.100.

Where to track my order?

1. As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such. 

Do you Ship worldwide?

1. We do have international shipping. However, since the charges vary widely due to different regions around the globe, we request our customers to pay for shipping and other related fees to ensure smooth execution of the order.

What are your shipping charges?

1. We offer free shipping for all our products in India. Worldwide shipping is to be borne by the customer.
